Kim Hellberg shouldered the blame for Middlesbrough's slow start in their 2-2 draw with Millwall. The head coach said his own decisions contributed to a first half where his side fell two goals behind at the Riverside on Tuesday.
"I blame myself for the poor first-half display," Hellberg told reporters after the match. He praised the character shown in the second-half comeback, which saw goals from Amario Cozier-Duberry and Will Lankshear salvage a point.
The result leaves Boro third in the Championship table with 14 points from seven games. Their recent form shows two wins, two draws and one defeat from the last five outings.
Attention now turns to a trip to face Birmingham City, who sit 10th, this Saturday. The full schedule is on our fixtures page.
